2. Information collected

The enquiry form asks for:

  • your name;
  • your email address;
  • the service or page from which the enquiry was submitted;
  • the information you choose to include in your message.

When form protection is active, limited technical information such as IP address, browser and device signals, request metadata, and security-challenge results may also be processed to prevent spam, abuse, and automated submissions.

Please do not submit passwords, access credentials, payment-card information, special-category personal data, or confidential production data through the form.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Personal information is used to:

  • review, understand, and respond to your enquiry;
  • assess whether a requested engagement is suitable and prepare next steps;
  • maintain relevant correspondence about a potential project;
  • protect the website and enquiry channel against spam, misuse, and attacks.

Where you are requesting services for yourself, processing may be necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. For business enquiries and website security, processing is based on the legitimate interests of communicating with potential clients and maintaining a secure, reliable enquiry channel.

4. Service providers and recipients

Personal information is accessed only where necessary to handle the enquiry or operate and protect the website. Relevant providers may include:

  • Cloudflare, for website delivery, form processing, security, anti-spam checks, and email routing;
  • Google Gmail, for receiving, storing, and responding to enquiry emails;
  • Brevo, as the SMTP delivery provider used to send replies from the business email address.

Information may also be disclosed where required by law or where necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Enquiry information is not sold and is not used for third-party advertising.

5. International processing

Cloudflare operates a global network and may process technical and form-related data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, Cloudflare relies on appropriate transfer safeguards, including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and other recognized transfer mechanisms.

Enquiry emails are routed through Cloudflare to a business mailbox provided by Google Gmail. Replies sent from the business mailbox may be transmitted through Brevo SMTP. Google and Brevo may process account, routing, recipient, and email-content data in accordance with their respective privacy terms and applicable transfer safeguards. Provider terms, safeguards, and processing locations may change over time.

Further information is available in the Cloudflare Data Processing Addendum, the Google Privacy Policy, and the Brevo Privacy Policy.

6. How long information is kept

Enquiries that do not result in a project are normally deleted within 12 months of the last meaningful communication, unless a shorter period is appropriate or the information is needed to address a dispute, abuse, or legal claim.

If an enquiry develops into a client engagement, relevant correspondence may become part of the project, contractual, accounting, or legal record and may be retained for the periods required by applicable law. Security and delivery logs are retained according to the applicable Cloudflare service configuration and retention periods.

7. Required information and automated processing

Name, email address, and message are required so the enquiry can be reviewed and answered. You are not required to use the form and may contact the published email address instead.

Security tools may automatically identify or reject suspected automated or abusive submissions. No automated decision-making or profiling is used to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning potential clients.

8. Your rights

Subject to the conditions in applicable data-protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to processing. Where processing is based on legitimate interests, you may object based on your particular situation.

To exercise a right or ask a privacy question, email [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP) or another competent supervisory authority.

9. Changes to this notice

This notice may be updated when the enquiry process, service providers, or legal requirements change. The current version and its update date will remain available on this page.
